Ganzsache; Neben dem Centipeden ("Drachenmarke") ist auf dem Umschlag ein weißes Monument abgebildet. Es dominiert den Drachen-Park. neben dem Internationalen Drachen-Museum.  Das Sinnbild des Schmetterlings im oberen Teil des Monumentes symbolisiert den (Chinesischen) Drachen (entspricht unserem Eddy- oder Rauten-Drachen). Das Symbol ist in vielen Ländern Ostasiens zu finden. In der Welt-Drachen-Hauptstadt WeiFang sind die Laternen ganzer Strassenzüge hiermit verziert.

Diese Ganzsache von 2009 ist eine Neuauflage anläßlich der Herausgabe der neuen Drachenbriefmarken von 2023. Die Abbildung zeigt den ersten Umschschlag eines Satzes mit weiteren 11 Sehenswürdigkeiten WeiFangs aus der Serie "FengZheng Gu Xiang - Mei Li WeiFang" ("Die Heimatstadt der Drachen - Wunderschönes WeiFang"). Auf der Rückseite des Umschlags ist jeweils die offizielle Ausgabenummer vermerkt.

Postal stationery; In addition to the centipede kite ("kite stamp"), a white monument is depicted on the cover. It dominates the Kite Plaza. next to the International Kite Museum. The
symbol of the butterfly in the upper part of the monument symbolizes the (Chinese) kite (equivalent to our eddy or diamond kite). The symbol is used in many countries of East Asia.
In the World Kite Capital WeiFang, the lanterns of entire streets are decorated with it.

This postal stationery from 2009 is a new edition on the occasion of the issuance of the new kite stamps of 2023. The illustration shows the first cover of a set with another 11 sights
of WeiFang from the series "FengZheng Gu Xiang - Mei Li WeiFang" ("The Hometown of Kites - Beautiful WeiFang"). On the back of the envelope is the official issue number.

这张2009年的邮政文具是2023 年新风筝邮票发行之际的新版本。信封背面也注明了这一点。
