Ganzsache; Neben dem Centipeden ("Drachenmarke") ist auf dem Umschlag das Internationale Drachenmuseum in WeiFang abgebildet. Das weiße Monument im Hintergrund
steht auf dem benachbarten Drachen-Park. Das Sinnbild des Schmetterlings im oberen Teil des Monumentes symbolisiert den (Chinesischen) Drachen (entspricht unserem Eddy-
oder Rauten-Drachen). Das Symbol ist in vielen Ländern Ostasiens zu finden. In der Welt-Drachen-Hauptstadt WeiFang sind die Laternen ganzer Strassenzüge hiermit verziert.
Diese Ganzsache von 2009 ist eine Neuauflage anläßlich der Herausgabe der neuen Drachenbriefmarken von 2023 ("风筝三"). Das ist auch auf der Rückseite des Umschlags vermerkt.
- Außer dieser Ganzsache mit 1.20 Yuan, gibt es noch einen Satz mit 12 weiteren Motiven zu 1.20 Yuan mit Sehenswürdigkeiten WeiFangs.
- Eine ähnliche Ganzsache mit 80 Cent statt 1,20 Yuan wie hier gezeigt, ist die Ausgabe von 2002
Postal stionary: Except the Centipede kite stamp, you will see lower left the view of the WeiFang International Kite-Museum. The white monument in the background is situated in the
neighboring vast Kite Plaza. The butterfly symbol in the upper part of the monument symbolizes the (Chinese) kite (corresponding to our Eddy or diamond kites). The symbol can be found
in many countries in East Asia. In the World Kite Capital of WeiFang, the lanterns of entire streets are decorated with this symbol.
This postal stationery of 2009 is a new edition on the occasion of the issuance of the new kite stamp set of 2023 ("风筝三"). This is also noted on the back of the envelope.

邮政固定是一种文具项目：除了龙头蜈蚣风筝邮票，你会看到左下方的潍坊国际风筝博 物馆的景色。背景中的白色纪念碑位于在隔壁广阔的风筝广场。纪念碑上 部的蝴蝶符号象征着中国传统的
风筝（对应于西方的艾迪风筝或钻石风筝)。可以找到该符号在东亚的许多国家。在世界风筝之都潍坊，整条街 道的灯笼都装饰着这个符号。
这张2009年的邮政文具是2023 年新风筝邮票发行之际的新版本。信封背面也注明了这一点。
